The Innovators Circle was a program at Turn created to recognize the contributions of employees that were enriching the intellectual property of the company. Anyone that contributed to patents that were granted was honored and recognized at a company meeting.
To attract key talent and position Turn as an organization building amazing technology, we developed a feature on what it means to be disruptive and innovative. What made this authentic and genuine was that it was delivered through the voices of the employees who had contributed to the long list of Turn developed IP.
